Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

1. General Policy and Legal Standing

 

This Refund Policy governs the legal relationship between you, the customer, and Gianni Imani Studio regarding the terms and conditions under which a refund, return, or store credit will be issued for products purchased from the Gianni Imani Studio website. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by this policy.

Our standard policy is to offer a full or partial refund only under the specific conditions outlined in Section 2. For most other situations where a product is eligible for remediation (e.g., damage in transit, or minor issues), we generally offer Store Credit or a Product Exchange as the preferred resolution, with refunds granted only on a case-by-case basis.

 

2. Conditions for a Guaranteed Refund

 

We guarantee a full or partial refund to your original payment method only when the return claim is based on one of the following two specific errors on the part of Gianni Imani Studio:

 

A. Incorrect Item Sent

 

If you receive a product that is different from the item listed on your order confirmation (e.g., you ordered a size large but received a size small, or you ordered a blue item but received a red item), you are eligible for a full refund.

 

B. Item Sent Did Not Match the Description

 

If the product you receive substantially deviates from the material description, images, or specifications provided on the product page at the time of purchase, you are eligible for a full or partial refund. This excludes minor variations inherent in handmade or unique items (e.g., slight color differences due to screen monitor settings, or minor variations in pattern placement).

 

3. Return Process for Guaranteed Refunds

 

To be eligible for a refund under Section 2, you must follow these steps:

  1. Notification Window: You must notify us of the issue by emailing Michelle@Gianni-Imani-Studio.com within [7] days of the date of delivery.

  2. Required Documentation: Your email must include your Order Number, a detailed explanation of the discrepancy, and clear photographic evidence showing the incorrect item or the lack of match to the product description.

  3. Return Shipping: Upon approval of your claim, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to return the incorrect item. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.

  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item and confirm the error, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within [7-10] business days.

 

4. Case-by-Case Claims (Store Credit Standard)

 

Any issue not covered in Section 2, including (but not limited to) damage during shipping, change of mind, sizing issues not due to our error, or other dissatisfaction, will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

A cash refund for a case-by-case claim will be made only at our sole discretion after reviewing all facts and documentation.
