This Shipping Policy applies to all products and services ordered through Gianni-Imani-Studio.com. Our priority is to ensure transparent shipping practices and compliance with U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws.

 

1. Order Processing Time (The 30-Day Rule Compliance)

 

 

A. General Standard

 

We maintain a reasonable basis to expect that we can ship all orders within the time frame stated below. If no time frame is stated, we will ship the order within 30 days of receiving a properly completed order and payment, in accordance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.

 

B. Processing Timeline

 

  • Standard Processing Time: All orders are processed within [2-3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Custom/Made-to-Order Items: Items that are custom-made or created on demand have an extended processing time of [7-10] business days, which is clearly stated on the product page.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order are calculated at checkout based on the services provided by the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Shipping prices are determined by the USPS in real-time based on the following factors and customer choice. Free shipping is provided on all orders over $50.

Note on Delivery Dates (FTC Compliance): All stated transit and delivery times are estimates. Once the package is transferred to the carrier (USPS), delivery time is outside of our control.

 

3. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within [24 hours].

 

4. Domestic Shipping Only

 

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We ship to all 50 states and U.S. territories exclusively via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

 

5. Handling Delays and Service Interruptions (FTC Required Action)

 

If we foresee a delay in shipping your order, we will notify you promptly and provide you with an updated status in compliance with the FTC Rule:

  1. Delay Notice: We will contact you immediately (no later than the original estimated shipment date) with the reason for the delay and a definite revised shipment date.

  2. Customer Option: You will be given the option to either consent to the delay or cancel the order for a full and prompt refund.

  3. Cancellation and Refund: If you choose to cancel, or if we are unable to provide a definite revised date, we will issue a full refund within 7 working days of the cancellation request.

 

6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

 

  • Damaged in Transit: If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at [Support Email] and provide photos of the damage to both the product and the packaging.

  • Loss or Theft: [Gianni Imani Studio] is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address. If your package is lost or stolen, we will assist you by providing the tracking information and carrier contact information to file a claim. 7. Unordered Merchandise (Oregon & Federal Law)

 

In accordance with both Oregon law and the federal FTC Act, if you receive any merchandise from Gianni Imani Studio that you did not order (unless clearly marked as a free sample or gift), you are legally entitled to keep it as a free gift. We will never send a bill or request payment for unordered merchandise.
